1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or placing a wager through the lg99 platform (available at https://lg99.club), you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the lg99 platform and must not create an account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the player) and lg99 (the platform operator) with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings. 2Eligibility

To register and use the lg99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. lg99 reserves the right to request verification of any of these conditions at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lg99 strictly prohibits access to and use of the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• You must register with accurate, truthful, and complete personal details including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active account on lg99. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of lg99 or any of its technology or content providers.

lg99 may request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide adequate verification documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure. Verification requests will be communicated to your registered Bangladesh mobile number.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may register one account only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. lg99 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such unauthorised use is the result of your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number at registration. This number will be used for account verification, password reset, and important platform notifications.
• You must not share your password with any other person. lg99 will never ask you for your password by phone, SMS, or any messaging application.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify lg99 support immediately through the contact details provided on the platform.
• lg99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.

Account registration on lg99 is free of charge. lg99 does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining an account. Standard mobile data charges from your Bangladesh mobile carrier (Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, Teletalk, Airtel) may apply when accessing the platform.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on lg99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). lg99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your lg99 account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transfer.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. lg99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on your account.
• lg99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges levied by your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank) for the transfer itself are beyond lg99's control and are your responsibility.
• lg99 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

All account balances on lg99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. lg99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any payment method not listed in your account settings. Any funds deposited in error using an unsupported method cannot be guaranteed for recovery.

5Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, lg99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your account balance. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or duplicate account constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• lg99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, the applicable terms in force at the time of crediting will govern that bonus.
• Bonuses offered in connection with Bangladesh seasonal events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season) are valid only during the stated promotional period. Unclaimed seasonal bonuses expire at 23:59 BST on the final day of the promotional period.

6Responsible Gaming Obligations

lg99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes and is not intended as a source of income. The following responsible gaming obligations apply to all players and to lg99 as the platform operator.

• You must not use the lg99 platform if gambling is causing you financial hardship, emotional distress, or if you believe you may have a gambling problem.
• Players may set a personal deposit limit on their lg99 account at any time via account settings. Deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• Players may request a self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days) by contacting lg99 support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or logins will be permitted.
• lg99 will not send promotional communications to any player who has activated a self-exclusion. Marketing suppression is implemented within 24 hours of a self-exclusion request being confirmed.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lg99 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited.

• Registering more than one account on lg99, whether under your own name, a false name, or any other identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing account access, or any strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform's systems.
• Using the lg99 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other activity that violates Bangladesh's anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any point during the account verification process, including submitting altered or forged identity documents.

lg99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in Bangladesh. Where prohibited conduct is suspected to involve criminal activity, lg99 reserves the right to report the matter to the appropriate Bangladesh authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the lg99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces supplied by our technology partners, and the lg99 brand name — is protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the lg99 platform without the express written consent of lg99. Game content is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and others) and their respective rights holders.

9Limitation of Liability

Where notification in advance is not practicable (for example, where an urgent amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation), the amendment will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. 11Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
